Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free standard shipping is available on all US orders over $50. Shipping costs for orders under $50 and expedited options are calculated at checkout.


International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on your location and local customs processing times.

Please note:

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
  • Nadira is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs delays, which are outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment at any time. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If your package appears lost or you have concerns, contact us at support.nadira@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Nadira is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, customs processing, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.


Incorrect Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it.
